Crochet Shrimp pattern - pdf file.

This is NOT the finished product; this is a digital product. This ONLY includes the pdf file of the shrimp pattern to make one on your own. The pdf file includes a link to a video tutorial on youtube. The video is not a full tutorial and doesn't include every step of the pattern.

This pattern is can be adjusted to your liking. The steps are a suggestion and can be modified as you go, which I've made notes of in the file. I've tried to clarify different parts of the process, but if anything needs further explanation don't be afraid to ask me for further instruction.

- Item/s you ordered sold out and can no longer be shipped to you.

- Inventory miscounting, lost items before shipping, computer errors, shipping errors.

NOT ELIGIBLE FOR A REFUND:

- Not reading our terms of service, shipping policy, not abiding the waiting period for pre-orders or in-stock orders.

- Not reading the product/s descriptions or estimated shipping dates.

- We are not liable for any damages or lost items caused during shipping. While we strive to send items as protected as possible, we can not be held liable for how USPS handles their packages.

- If your order is returned back to us due to incorrect address or unclaimed package. We will try to get the right address if it's missing a field or apt number. We cannot accept any last minute shipping addresses changes after the package has already shipped.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

ONLY EXCEPTIONS:

- Returns and exchanges are not accepted unless you received the wrong order or items.

- Kotonoha Store is not responsible for any lost packages, misplaced packages, or delivery failure by the post office. Please contact them directly with your tracking number if your package has been lost, stolen, or not delivered. Once packages have been shipped out, we cannot be held liable for how the post office handles and delivers packages.

- Packages that require extra shipping protection are packed with stuffing, cardboard, and extra tape to avoid damage of items inside. Packing varies depending on the items being shipped. Special packaging options are also available upon request and extra charge.

If your would like to request a cancellation for your order you must contact us directly to tazberry9751@yahoo.com with your order information, first and last name, and the email the order was placed with.
